Plans to Build were approached by a regular client to look at a recently purchased block of land which he had purchased as an unconditional offer with the intention of building two townhouses. The style of buildings was to reflect a recent development the client had recently completed, focusing on quality materials and good design principles.
Design Solution
Plans to Build quickly established that the site offered amazing northerly views and if the building was constructed over three levels, would provide 180 degree views over Launceston and the Tamar River. The site was heavily vegetated and being only ? square meters, presented as a challenge.
Project Outcome
Planning approval was granted for two townhouses, used as visitor accommodation. Works commenced on site in February 2022 and the build is expected to be completed in August 2022. Stay posted for updates via Facebook and Instagram for final imagery presented on completion.
