Plans to Build were able to listen to the client's request for a certain style of home that was to be achieved by removing certain features of the existing dwelling and providing a more consistent and holistic design approach.
Project Outcome
Plans have been costed and the relevant approvals obtained, with the project due to get underway in the coming months. The clients will be vacating the house for the duration of the build as the extent of renovations encompasses a new second story addition and works to over 60% of the original house.
